1. Bicycle Rentals
If you’re planning on renting a bike to explore Cades Cove Loop Road, make the Cades Cove Trading Company your first stop of the day! Bike rentals are available daily at 9 AM, except on Wednesdays when they are available starting at 7 AM. There is a wide selection of Fuji cruiser bikes for adults and children, but since bikes are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis, arrive early for the best availability! Keep in mind that the full Cades Cove Loop is 11 miles, but there are turn-offs at two different points if you’d prefer a shorter ride. The loop is closed to automobile traffic on Wednesdays from the first Wednesday of May to the last Wednesday of September each year.
2. Food and Beverage
Another one of the top things to know about the Cades Cove Trading Company is that there is a deli available with a variety of food and beverage options! The made-to-order menu features burgers, hot dogs, soups, sandwiches, and ice cream, as well as fountain drinks, bottled water, coffee, and hot chocolate. If you just can’t wait to get on the road, consider the grab-n-go menu with fruit cups, parfaits, salads, sandwiches, and wraps! The food options are naturally limited in the area, so if you forgot to pack a picnic, this is your next best alternative!

This store features everything you need, ranging from t-shirts and hoodies to camping essentials. 4. Hours of Operation
The Cades Cove Trading Company is open daily 9 AM to 5 PM from March 1st to May 31st, 9 AM to 7 PM from June 1st to August 15th, and 9 AM to 5 PM from August 16th to December 18th. If you are planning on renting a bike, keep in mind that the last bikes go out at 4 PM.
